DEADLINE FOR NON-PROFIT APPLICATION SUBMISSION IS May 15, 2026.

Applications after May 15 are accepted and scheduled on a rolling basis.

The Hip Donelson Farmers Market operates on Fridays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm, May - August, 4:00 - 6:30 pm, September - October.

The Market site is located at Donelson Station, 2705 Lebanon Pike, Nashville, Tennessee, 37214.

Our market is outdoors and is a rain or shine market, with the exception of severe weather including extreme heat.

We will have space for one to two local Non-Profit group at each market. There is no charge for these spaces, but non-profits must provide their own tent/table/chairs. Please note that tent weights are required for your tent.

Representatives for the non profit groups agree to remain within their booth space (no walking around the market to hand out materials), NO SALES, and no give-aways that would be in competition for any of our paying vendors.
