Before proceeding with your application, please understand the following:

The music at the Hip Donelson Farmers Market is intended to be complimentary to our environment and in order to make our environment enjoyable for all involved.

The Hip Donelson Farmers Market operates on Fridays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm May - August and 4:00 - 6:30 pm September - October.

Entertainers are expected to be set up and ready to begin performing at the schedule start times.

The Market site is located at Donelson Station, 2705 Lebanon Pike.

Our market is outdoors and we have a rain or shine policy, with the exception of severe weather including lightening in the area.

Our entertainment area is covered with a tent and we make every effort to keep our performers (and their equipment) safe and dry. We provide a basic sound system, we do not provide a sound operator. You are welcome to bring your own system, power will be provided via generator.

You are welcome and encouraged to bring and promote your merchandise, along with a tip jar.

To be considered, you must provide samples of your music or performance in the application.
