The music at the Hip Donelson Farmers Market is intended to be complementary to our environment and in order to make our environment enjoyable for all involved we will give priority to those applications in genres such as acoustic, folk, bluegrass, singer-song writer, Americana, and traditional. We will also accept and consider applications for other entertainment types.
The Hip Donelson Farmers Market operates on Fridays from 4:00 - 7:00 pm, May - August, 4:00 - 6:30 pm, September - October. Entertainment is scheduled from 5-6:50pm (May-Aug) and 4:30-6:20pm (Sep-Oct).
Entertainers are expected to be set up and ready to begin performing at the schedule start times.
The Market site is located at Donelson Station, 2705 Lebanon Pike.
Our market is outdoors and is a rain or shine market, with the exception of severe weather including extreme heat.
Our entertainment area is covered with a tent and we make every effort to keep our performers (and their equipment) safe and dry.
Market staff reserve the right to control the volume of your performance.
You are welcome and encouraged to bring and promote your merchandise, along with a tip jar.
To be considered, you must provide samples of your music or performance in the application.
